Terms of Service

Effective date: May 15, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Elevot, a social app for temporary rooms, drops, and real moments. By using Elevot, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be old enough to use Elevot under the laws of your country or region. If you use Elevot on behalf of another person or organization, you confirm that you have authority to do so.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login information secure. You must provide accurate account information and must not impersonate others or create accounts for abuse.

3. User content

Elevot allows users to create rooms, share drops, upload photos, write captions, and interact with other users. You keep ownership of content you create, but you grant Elevot a license to host, display, process, moderate, and distribute that content as needed to operate the service.

4. Content rules

You may not post, share, or promote content that:

5. Copyright, music, and intellectual property

You may only upload, share, or make available content that you own or have the legal right to use. This includes photos, videos, music, audio, artwork, logos, trademarks, names, likenesses, captions, and any other protected material.

You may not upload, share, stream, synchronize, or include copyrighted music, background audio, movie clips, television content, sports broadcasts, album artwork, brand assets, or other third-party material unless you have all required rights, licenses, permissions, and releases.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload or share through Elevot and for making sure that your content does not violate copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights of any person, artist, creator, publisher, label, broadcaster, brand, platform, or organization.

Elevot does not grant you any license to use third-party music, audio, images, videos, brands, or other protected content. Any music, sound, or other media that may be captured in a photo or video remains your responsibility unless Elevot expressly provides that content through an officially licensed feature.

Elevot may remove, restrict, mute, disable access to, preserve, or report content when we believe it may infringe intellectual property rights, violate these Terms, create legal risk, harm users, or interfere with the operation of the service.

Accounts that repeatedly upload, share, or attempt to distribute infringing, unauthorized, or rights-violating content may be limited, suspended, or terminated. Elevot may also restrict access to features such as uploads, rooms, drops, or profile visibility where needed to protect users, rights holders, or the service.

If you believe content on Elevot infringes your copyright, trademark, or other rights, contact us at support@getelevot.com with enough information for us to identify the content, the rights you claim, your contact information, and a statement that you believe the use is unauthorized.

6. Rooms, drops, and visibility

Rooms and drops may have different visibility, access, and time-limit settings. You are responsible for understanding where you share content and who may be able to see it. Elevot may change, restrict, or remove visibility options as the product develops.

7. Reports, blocking, and moderation

Users may report content or accounts and block other users. Elevot may review reports and may remove content, restrict accounts, disable access, preserve evidence, or take other moderation actions when needed for safety, legal compliance, or enforcement of these Terms.

8. Prohibited behavior

You agree not to:

9. Account deletion and suspension

You may request account deletion from within the app where available, or by contacting support@getelevot.com. Elevot may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create safety risks, or create legal or operational risk.

Elevot is currently in private early development. Features may change, break, be limited, or be removed. We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.

11. Disclaimers

Elevot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elevot will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
