Delete Your Account

Elevot allows users to request account deletion. This page explains how to start the account deletion process during the private early version of the product.

How to request deletion

Open the Elevot app.
Go to your profile and open Settings.
Choose the account deletion option if it is available in your app version.
If you cannot access the app, email support@getelevot.com.

What to include in an email request

Your Elevot username
The email address connected to your account
A short message saying that you want to delete your account

What may be deleted

Account deletion may remove or disable your profile, account access, user-generated content, room participation data, and related account information, subject to safety, security, legal, and technical requirements.

Some limited information may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, legal compliance, backups, or legitimate operational needs.
