Elevot

Privacy Policy

Effective date: May 15, 2026

Elevot is a social app for temporary rooms, drops, and real moments. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we protect users, and what choices users have.

Data controller and contact

For the current private early version, the service is operated under the Elevot name. The data controller contact for privacy, safety, and account deletion requests is support@getelevot.com.

If Elevot is later operated by a registered company, this policy may be updated to include the company name, address, and any additional legally required contact information.

Information we collect

Depending on how you use Elevot, we may collect the following categories of information:

How we collect information

We collect information directly from you when you create an account, update your profile, upload content, join or create rooms, contact support, or use app features. We also collect some technical information automatically when you access or use Elevot.

How we use information

We use information to:

Legal bases for processing

Depending on your location and the specific activity, we may process personal information based on one or more of the following legal bases:

Photos, media, and user content

Elevot allows users to upload and share photos or other content inside rooms and profile areas. Content visibility may depend on room settings, profile settings, privacy choices, product rules, and moderation decisions.

You should only upload content that you have the right to share. You should avoid sharing sensitive information about yourself or others unless it is necessary and lawful.

In-app safety tools

Elevot may provide tools to report content or accounts, block users, restrict access, and manage visibility. Reported content and related account information may be reviewed by authorized moderation or administration personnel for safety, abuse prevention, legal compliance, and enforcement.

Moderation and enforcement

We may review, restrict, hide, remove, preserve, or disclose content and account information when we believe it is reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate abuse, enforce our Terms of Service, prevent fraud or spam, comply with law, or protect the service.

We may also suspend, limit, or disable accounts that create safety, security, legal, or operational risks.

Third-party services

We may use third-party service providers to support hosting, databases, infrastructure, storage, email delivery, authentication, security, analytics, crash diagnostics, app distribution, and operational support. These providers may process information only as needed to provide services to Elevot.

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers, app platforms, professional advisors, authorities, or other parties when needed to operate the service, comply with law, protect users, prevent abuse, respond to lawful requests, or complete a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or restructuring.

International transfers

Elevot and its service providers may process or store information in countries other than where you live. Where required, we rely on appropriate legal, contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards for international transfers.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information. However, no online service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for contacting us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Account deletion

You may request account deletion from within the app where available, or by contacting us at support@getelevot.com. You can also review account deletion instructions at Delete Account.

To protect accounts, we may need to verify your identity before completing a deletion or access request. After deletion, some information may be removed, anonymized, disabled, or retained where reasonably necessary for safety, security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, backups, or legitimate operations.

Data retention

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Elevot, maintain security, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our terms, and operate backups. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of data, account status, safety needs, legal requirements, and technical constraints.

Your privacy rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent, or information about how your data is processed. You may contact us at support@getelevot.com to exercise these rights.

We may ask for information needed to verify your identity and protect your account. We may refuse, limit, or delay a request where permitted by law, including where a request affects the rights of others, safety, security, legal obligations, or abuse-prevention needs.

Children

Elevot is not intended for children under the minimum age required by applicable law. If we learn that a child has provided personal information without proper consent, we may delete or restrict the account.

No automated decision-making for legal effects

Elevot does not currently use automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on users. We may use technical systems to support safety, spam prevention, security, ranking, or moderation, but important enforcement actions may be reviewed or managed by authorized personnel where appropriate.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Elevot develops. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and may provide additional notice where appropriate.
